§ 14.11.001. Creation.

There is hereby created a special account designated as the 9-1-1 Emergency Reporting System Account (hereinafter "account") to provide a source of revenue to reimburse New Castle County (hereinafter "the County") and local governments in the County for costs associated with enhanced 9-1-1 emergency reporting systems.
